INT. ROOM- DAY

Intro and shiz

Roman's cellphone rings as he unties his shoes. He picks up his phone as he continues to untie the laces. 

ROMAN

Hello?

MAN

Are you game?

ROMAN

What?

Roman goes on about his activity as he moves to the kitchen to prepare food.

MAN

Do you want to make a million dollars?

ROMAN

What're you talking about, boss? I really don't have time for another of scam joke.

MAN

This is not a joke!

ROMAN

You're serious huh? I can't even get 1000 bucks from my dad easily. Seems like you've a lot of money to give out for free, boss!

MAN

It's not free.

ROMAN

Then?

MAN

You have to do a small work for me. And in return, I'll pay you the million dollars.

ROMAN

Interesting boss, but silly! Who is gonna pay me a million dollars, that too for a small job.

MAN

I will. It's a once in a lifetime offer. Work for me for one day, and the money is all yours.

ROMAN

You may be able to fool me, really, but I know a scam when I hear one. I have to go now.

MAN

Hang on! You still think this is a joke, right?

ROMAN

You finally got it!

MAN

Open your door. There is a 50,000$ advance on your front porch.

ROMAN

Boss, there's a limit to joking!

MAN

That's right, but check it out! How difficult could it be?

ROMAN

Oookay!

Roman goes on to open the door, and surely he does see a bag opened full of cash. 

ROMAN

What the F...? You must be damn serious, boss!

Roman kneels down to pick up the bag.

MAN

Don't touch the money yet! If you do so, the deal is on! Ask all the questions before you e it.

ROMAN

Ok, what do I do?

MAN

Good question! It seems that now I have your attention. Nothing, you have to follow a person.

ROMAN

Follow, why?

MAN

Now, that's a bad question! But the answer is very simply, None of your business!

ROMAN

Thought so. My next question, Why me?

MAN

Because I think you can do it. You like adventure, and you like taking risk. You have the guts to do whatever if you think it's fun and...

ROMAN

Woah, woah, woah, boss... how do you know all this?

MAN

Again, a dumb question. Do you really think I'll offer you a deal as big as this without knowing anything about you?

ROMAN

(chuckles)Impressive, boss! Yes, you're right! I live by my rules. But... what if I just simply take this money and don't do your work?

Roman picks up the bag

MAN

Just what I expected. I know your name, address and every other detail. I'm sure I can get the money back, one way or another.

ROMAN

Impressed boss, impressed! So, what's your name again?

MAN

I think you already know.

ROMAN

What do you mean?

MAN

Boss!

ROMAN

(chuckles) Nice, boss huh! So, what's next?

MAN

Good, now listen very carefully! You have fifteen minutes to get ready and go out. Don't bring your vehicle. Find a coffee shop called ______ and sit there and wait for my call.

EXT. COFFEE SHOP-DAY

Roman notions the waiter and the waiter comes back with water/coke/coffee. In the background, a person walks by and comes around to sit on the bench behind Roman, facing away talking on a phone. Roman's phone rings.

ROMAN

Boss!

MAN

Look behind you! A person in (specific clothes). 

ROMAN

I see him

MAN

You have to follow him.

The person behind of him begins to walk away.

ROMAN

He's leaving somewhere, boss!

MAN

Good. Follow him!

Cue music as Roman begins following the person.

MAN

Remember three things! First, follow him until I tell you to. Two, don't disconnect the phone. And three, the simplest of all, if you break the first two rules, the deal is off!

ROMAN

Done!

MAN

Don't lose him in the crowd, and be very careful. Don't get too close.

ROMAN

mmhmm

Roman continues to follow him through the streets and the crowd.

ROMAN

Boss, he's not a professional killer, is he?

MAN

Why? Are you afraid?

ROMAN

Nah, just curious, that's it!

Eventually, the person comes to a guard gate. He pushes it open and goes inside.

ROMAN

Boss, he's going into some gate.

MAN

What are you going to do?

ROMAN

Yeah, I'm going!

Roman follows him through the gate. The following game continues. 

The person suddenly stops and checks to see if someone is following him. Seeing noone, he continues to walk ahead. Roman comes out of the side of the bushes and continues to follow him.

The person eventually comes across an old building and goes in. Meanwhile, Roman stands outside as he watches him enter  a room. 

ROMAN

He's getting into some old house.

MAN

Ok, go in and see what he is doing.

ROMAN

Sorry, boss. As you said, a deal is a deal.

MAN

What're you saying?

ROMAN

According to the deal, I just have to follow him. If he gets out of the building, I'll follow him!

MAN

Do as I say, don't act smart!

Roman sits himself down, enjoying the boss's frustration.

ROMAN

What's this, boss? Getting tensed? 

ROMAN

Ok then, let's make a new deal!

MAN

What do you mean?

ROMAN

Thought you were intelligent, huh? Ok then, give me another million and I'll tell you what's going on inside.

MAN

Another million, impossible!

ROMAN

Ok then, let's stick to the old deal! What do you say?

MAN

(sighs) I'll accept your deal! Another million for the information. Now, don't waste any more time. I need to know what's happening in there.

ROMAN

Yes, boss!

Roman gets up, glad and happy with the deal. He goes in inside the house and begins looking around.

ROMAN

Boss, there's no one here...

MAN

Hmph, nobody will be there.

ROMAN

What?

MAN

Have you ever heard of a word called "kidnap"?

ROMAN

What the fuck do you mean?

MAN

Boss... You have been kidnapped! 

Cue epic music to go with the suspense!

MAN

That's right, if you get a million dollar for me, I'll let free!

Roman sighs in frustration

MAN

Oh wait, sorry! New deal, right? Two million and I'll let you out! If not, look around... this is where you'll spend the last days of your life.

ROMAN

This.. this is a joke, boss!

MAN

I've been talking to you since morning. Did I ever joke, once?

Roman walks to the door, enraged, and begins slamming it open.

MAN

Don't try to get out! You'll be shot dead.

Roman begins checking his pocket furiously.

ROMAN

Wait, I have my phone!

MAN

Ah, why didn't I think of that? Your phone has already been swapped at the coffee store.

*Cue flashback to when the waiter secretly swaps his phone with another one

MAN

Didn't bother to check your phone even once, huh? That's not your phone!

Roman, in rage, kicks the table/chair ahead of him.

ROMAN

Shit!!!

He falls to his knees.

ROMAN

This can't be happening! No!

BLACK OUT

EXT. SOMEWHERE-AFTERNOON

The phone rings. Ramesh picks up the phone and answers.

RAMESH

Yeah, what's up?

MAN

Sorry, I'm not your brother!

RAMESH

Who is this?

MAN

This is the guy who kidnapped your brother.

RAMESH

What shit?

MAN

Two million is all I need and your brother is all yours!

Ramesh stops and stands in a spot, not being able to believe. 

MAN

I know what you're thinking. Go ahead, call the cops! What's that going to do? If they catch me, I'll go to jail for 3-5 years. 

MAN

But you brother, at least 15 years.

RAMESH

What the hell are you talking about?

MAN

Your brother does fake money business, and I have enough proof to send him to jail for long.

RAMESH

I.. don't believe you.

MAN

I know! You got 20 minutes. Go to his place, and check for yourself.

The phone disconnects and Ramesh puts his phone down.

RAMESH

Argh, what did he do again?

INT- ROMAN'S APARTMENT- AFTERNOON

Ramesh opens the door to Roman's apartment and gets in. He begins going in and out of different room searching for proof. He looks frustrated and confused. He picks up an empty water bottle and noticing it empty, he puts it down and goes to the refrigerator. He begins drinking the cold water and while putting it back again, he notices something. A bag! The same bag that the man dropped by Roman's house. He observes the inside of the bag very carefully, unfolding the notes.

RAMESH

Arrggh!

He sits himself down on the couch, very frustrated and angered. The phone rings once again, and Ramesh picks it up.

RAMESH

I'll give you however much you want. Just get my brother out of this!

MAN

You're smart! Smarter than your brother! Arrange the money. I'll tell you what to do next. Are we clear?

RAMESH

okay!

BLACK OUT

INT- SOMEWHERE- AFTERNOON

Sriram plays some balls!! He then tires out and shiz, and then goes on the bench to rest. His phone rings!

SRIRAM

Yes, who is this?

MAN

Are you game?

SRIRAM

What?

MAN

Do you want to make a million dollars?

SRIRAM

Please don't call again. I know you're a scam.

BLACK OUT

EXT- COFFEE SHOP- DAY

Ramesh, sat down on a bench next to a coffee shop, waits for the next call. The phone rings!

RAMESH

I'm here!

MAN

Good, now follow my instructions. And remember, a man is following you like a shadow! 

RAMESH

Hmm, ok!

Ramesh gets up and walks away. Behind, Sriram turns around and watches as Ramesh leaves. Sriram then begins following Ramesh.

A NEVER ENDING STORY!

Dimension- Chapter 1

EXT. PARADOSI-LIGHT

A loud bell up above a tower is rung and Olin bids his friends farewell. He wipes off the snot that streams down from his nose, as he begins running.

OLIN

I stayed out for too long. My father will kill me!

He shuts his eyes tight in an attempt to sprint.

OLIN

I'll just have to use the 'pathfinder' to find the quickest way home.

He sprints forward as he dodges everybody, avoiding any obstacles before him. Suddenly, he ends up bumping with another person, while on a small alley-way.

OLIN

Sorry, I was in a hurry.

Olin opens his eyes, waiting for a response but the person, as crippled as he seems, continues on walking.

OLIN

(That's weird. I didn't even notice his 'path'.)

Olin shuts his eyes again in an attempt to confirm. Again, he sees nothing where the person stands. Suddenly, a silhouette figure(called 'path') appears and Olin opens his eyes. In the moment, the person falls straight on his face.

OLIN

Hey, are you... okay?

FADE OUT

INT. OLIN'S HOUSE- LIGHT

Esau suddenly wakes up inside a small room. Meanwhile, Olin is seen with his mother, getting ready to prepare a meal. The fire, lit on the woods, boils the meat inside the pot. The steam from the fire escalates onto the roof and the already darkened walls.

MOTHER

Little Olin, could you fetch me the dishes?

Noticing Olin's attempt to use his pathfinder again, his mother interferes.

MOTHER

It's in the cupboard. You don't need to restrain yourself for something you can find so easily.

OLIN

Right, sorry!

Olin gets up to fetch the dishes and spots Esau, standing inside the door.

OLIN

Mama!

MOTHER

Oh my, you're awake at last.

Olin points his finger, shocked and surprised to no end.

OLIN

I thought you were dead.

MOTHER

Olin...

ESAU

(That's thoughtful!) Yeah... I mean no! I'm alive, not dead.

Olin's mother chuckles. Her hands spread wide, she welcomes Esau.

MOTHER

Welcome to our Adobe!

ESAU

Thank you! How.. did I get here exactly?

INT. ROOM- LIGHT

His eyes wide with surprise, he puts down the glass held in his hand. 

ESAU

FOUR DAYS!?!

ESAU

If it were me, I'd already have buried myself.

MOTHER

You have to wait and let miracles take it's chances

Olin's mother gets up from the stool. The stool attached to the ground barely holds on and stays crooked. 

MOTHER

Well, I'll be heading out now since certain somebody finished all our food.

ESAU

Sorry, I guess being unconscious for so many days makes a person really hungry.

MOTHER

I didn't mean to make you feel guilty.

MOTHER

Ah, I seem to have forgotten to ask the one important question. What's your name?

ESAU

It's Esau.

Olin's mother, cheerful, clasps her hands together.

MOTHER

Little Esau. I hope you get along with little Olin.

Esau, now stood up, bows lowering his head.

ESAU

(little?) It was nice meeting you.

Olin's mother leaves the two alone. Esau sits back down on the stool. He turns around to face Olin and notice him staring together in awe and disgust. Olin points at Esau's unusual skin(Vitiligo).

OLIN

What's with your face?

Olin's mother freezes of embarrassment, few metres away. 

ESAU

I-I don't know.

Olin lifts Esau's face and observes him very closely. He studies Esau from few different angles.

ESAU

(This is very, very uncomfortable)

Suddenly, an object bursts through the open, hollow window of the house. The rock hits the wall few metres beside Esau and Olin. Olin, who now sat docked on the ground, moves his head in disappointment.

OLIN

Tsch Tsch! Aango, if you're going to try to hit me, at least aim somewhere a kilometre near me.

VOICE

You still dodged, didn't you?

Aango looks through the open window unaware of Esau inside.

AANGO

Your mother's gone. Come out of the...

Aango stares at the face ahead staring back at her, from inside the window.

AANGO

Who... are you?

Olin pops his head in between theirs.

OLIN

Don't mind him. I'll go get my sling.

Olin hurries into another room but remembers Esau and turns back.

OLIN

Ah! You have to come with me.

Olin drags Esau into his room. There, inside, lie a corner covered with all sorts of wooden projectile weapons.

ESAU

These are all yours?

OLIN

Yes, and you're not getting any of then. I made each and every one of them myself with the rarest of substances.

ESAU

They seem like they're all just made of wood.

OLIN

Hmph, you wouldn't know.

Aango shouts from outside of the house and hearing her, Olin grabs one of the slingshot. 

EXT. OUTSIDE THE HOUSE- SUNNY

The door opens and Aango stands outside holding a baseball-shaped bat, while the other hand flails around a solid stone.

AANGO

That took you long enough

OLIN

I'll take as long as I want. What's it to you?

AANGO

I was the one waiting.

Aango quickly slides right near Esau's face. She looks up into his face, her face fierce and one of her eyebrow slid up.

AANGO

Now, who are you again?

Startled Esau, who towered Aango in comparison to her height, answers.

ESAU

E-Esau. I'm new here!

OLIN

I found him lying on the ground, pitied him and brought him to our house. Now, let's go!

Aango, now a metre away from Esau, points her weapon at Esau in a fierce manner.

AANGO

Do you see this? If you try anything, you should know that I can tackle people like you any day.

OLIN

I'm not sure who you think I am, but I'm not out here to hurt anybody.

AANGO

I smell something weird about you. I'm not letting my guard down.

AANGO

(and you have a weird skin.)

Esau looks at Olin, confused.

OLIN

She can't actually smell that.

OLIN

but still, this village is run by bandits and thieves who'd do anything to take control of us.

ESAU

And the fact that you don't even know who I am, it makes you suspicious that I am dangerous.

Olin and Aango laugh hysterically, Aango with her hands clenching her stomach and Olin patting his legs.

OLIN

Hah, no matter how I look at it, you're anything but dangerous. You are still suspicious though.

AANGO

Hahaha, dangerous.

ESAU

*flustered*(You talk a lot for someone who's just an infant.)

Olin wipes off the tears in his eyes.

OLIN

We'd better go now. My mama might catch up on us.

ESAU

Where are you going?

Olin turns back to Esau, his face focused.

OLIN

You're coming as well.

EXT. ALLEY-NOON

Olin and Aango walk ahead of Esau, who observes his surrounding as he follows up. 

AANGO

Why did you bring him for?

A flashback, depicting Esau's path, appears on Olin's head.

OLIN

I want to confirm something.

EXT. PARADOSI'S GATEWAY- NOON

Olin, Aango and Esau arrive at the location. A large stone, carved with the village's name, Paradosi, stands next to a huge barrack.
